Shipping and Delivery
Our shipments are managed and shipped by Amazon. Shipments of products in stock are made within 24/48 hours of the order..... do not count nights and weekends in these hours... We have chosen this reliable solution in order to guarantee you a quality service, as fast and efficient as possible. In case of problems, we can help you at any time, from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm. Simply contact us at email@example.com. Deliveries in France and Benelux are either free of charge or at a reduced flat rate, depending on the case and the promotion. The price is always displayed at the time of purchase. At the moment, we do not offer any other shipping services (such as DHL or Fedex).
Confidentiality and Security
We take the confidentiality of your data very seriously. They are never used for resale to third parties. You can access it to have it modified at any time, either through your account or by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment information is not stored on our site, but only on the secure servers of our payment solution providers (Ogone).
Returns and Replacements
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days for any purchase made on the site. All you have to do is inform us within this period, and return the goods to the address we will provide you with, at your own expense, unfortunately. Be careful not to reveal the original packaging of the products, otherwise they cannot be taken back (this is to avoid the smart guys who rip off the discs and send them back).
In the event of a defect, this can always happen, we proceed with the quick and hassle-free replacement of the affected product or its refund; you just have to contact us at sav- email@example.com. Our after-sales service is known for its efficiency and availability. We never leave a customer without a solution.
Payment, prices and promotions:
Payment for an order is made when it is registered, including for pre-orders. This is a consequence of the fact that your payment information is not stored on the site, as a security measure, and we therefore do not have access to it for any subsequent payment. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the price applied is the price in effect at the time of your order. For more details, please refer to our general terms and conditions of sale. It's long and boring, we know that. But they are mandatory, and by placing an order on the site, you declare that you accept them. Promotions are temporary, and subject to change without notice. Multiple payment options are available; it is up to you to choose the one you prefer. Depending on the case, you will have to contact us and the delivery times will be increased by the collection or communication time.
View your orders
You can at any time consult your past, present and current orders, and track their status or modify them if they have not been sent. All you have to do is log into your account. In the event that your order concerns a pre-ordered product, you will not be automatically informed by the site of any changes (in particular changes in release date or availability). You will need to contact us at the support address for up-to-date information.
Update your Account information
You can modify or delete your account at any time, add or remove delivery addresses etc. If you forget your password, simply follow the link on the login page, and you can retrieve it. In case of difficulties, we are at your disposal to assist you in the recovery of your account.
